Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

To initiate a return and obtain a Return Label, please get in touch with our customer service team at contact@ayaxsportwear.com.au. They will assist you throughout the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Once you have contacted our customer service team, they will guide you on the specific steps to follow for your return. This may include providing relevant information such as your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will then generate a Return Label for you. This label will include the necessary shipping information and should be affixed to the package containing the returned item(s).

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for items that are in their original condition and have not been worn, washed, or altered. To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will provide you the return label where you just need to print it, stick it to the parcel and drop it off at any post office.

Final sale items:

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange. We will cover the return shipping fees for damaged or defective items.

Missing items:

If you receive an order that is missing an item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work to resolve the issue and send the missing item to you as soon as possible.

Refused shipments:

If you refuse a shipment from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any additional fees that may apply.

Policy changes:

We reserve the right to modify or change our return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
